On the Blog
Hi, I'm Linda
My approach is refreshingly honest and grounded in empathy and lived experience. I’ve managed teams for decades, I’m a mom to teenagers (one of whom has special needs), I’ve survived burnout and cancer and more.
Together, we’ll create a safe, 100% confidential space where you’ll feel nurtured, heard, and supported. Gentle yet effective, I balance warmth, humour, and clarity to help you navigate life’s challenges and overcome any ‘stuckness.’
LET'S CONNECT

SO-HO-HO-BER
One of the most important things I’ve discovered is that abstinence alone doesn’t make you truly sober. Sobriety is so much more than simply not drinking. It’s a state of mind, a way of being. It’s about balance, healthier thinking, and making decisions that align with your values and goals.

TIME FLIES
Over a period of 3 months, I underwent 3 major operations to cut the spreading cancer from my body and lymph nodes.
I remember crying to my therapist at the time, saying “I don’t want to die.”

PARENTING
For those of you walking a difficult road with your children, I wish you strength and love. I hope that one day you, too, will be able to look back and say “look how far we’ve come.”
